About Jen

For over 15 years, I've helped people reduce stress, tension, and pain using a variety of therapeutic massage techniques.

I regularly work with active people and athletes seeking recuperative support and soft tissue recovery, to improve their movement capacities.

Therapeutic bodywork facilitates faster and more sustainable recovery for physical activities, such as outdoor adventuring, running, biking, martial arts, all kinds of sports, dance, and strength & fitness training.

I also help those who are managing pain and recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, including:

rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder, whiplash, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, TMJ syndrome, low back spasm, abdominal surgeries, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, concussion, meniscus repair, knee and/or hip replacement surgery, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles repair

My clients inspire me to seek further knowledge and training, and I strive to improve the effectiveness of each bodywork session.  I love this work, and I'm honored to guide people on their journeys toward balance and wellness!

Whether you are interested in enhancing your overall well-being, or you are actively recuperating from an injury, I can help with your recovery and healing.
