Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling are available online with 24+ hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with at least 24 hours notice ensures you will not be charged for your missed session.

Into Balance Bodywork reserves the right to charge for no-shows, last-minute cancellations and/or requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.

Please contact me if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, as the online scheduler will not allow rescheduling in that time frame.

I will continue to assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and will communicate any pending charges prior to processing. 

Serious family or personal emergencies and/or sudden onset of significant illness or health emergencies, resulting in less than 24-hour cancellation, are examples of situations that are exempt from payment. 

If you are feeling ill in the days prior to your session, please cancel or reschedule your appointment online or contact me with at least 24 hours notice for help finding a new appointment time. 

In cases of severe weather (as defined by the National Weather Service) we will most likely reschedule and I will contact you. Please also contact me if you have concerns about weather conditions on the day of your appointment.
